Why on earth would you want to "screw Netflix over?"

The less money they get, the less quality shows and movies they'll be able to produce or get the rights to.

I find Netflix to be a great deal. Actually, a particularly great deal when compared to iTunes....

Plus discounts here in Australia, would be ok, except when u do the conversions anyway from accessing U.S, the price is basically no difference... ok,, u get a bit of a saving, but nothing to shout about. Plus

Subscription fees are definately too high at apple. In real estate rental one month per year (1/12) is customary. 30% is highway robbery.
