It won't help anyway, you'll just sit on hold for 30 minutes only for them to tell you their system is down.

Pretty sure (without facts lol) that the number isn't active error is an issue with T-Mobile because the Apple Store App clearly tries to communicate with T-Mobile to verify our information.

Of course it's T-Mobile...

Never had a worse preorder experience! I gave up fighting after over an hour and just switched to Verizon. No down payment and phone will still arrive on launch day. Just throwing that out there in case anyone wants to check into it!

Yea. I did a quick refresh to see if the prices were listed as they weren’t showing at the time and that’s when I got in

I’m so mad because I was almost done 10 minutes early with my upgrade. The card info didn’t work because I recently moved and forgot to update it. In the time it took to update everything, I am now locked out.

Just ordered outright at Apple. Was locked out for too many attempts with my PIN trying to trade in (kept saying my account was inactive). Actually called and got a rep on Tmobile, confirmed my pin was correct but it was an error on their system. Worst preorder issues in a long time.

I’ve already been charged and have a pending order on Sprint. I got mine in roughly at 8:05-10 EDT.
