I just checked out through the Apple Store app with Apple trade in for local Apple store pickup on 9/16. I'll keep trying to checkout out another phone with T-Mobile trade in, but it's telling me I'm locked out for 60 minutes. I may just give up on that route though since I didn't really want to be on their financing plan anyway, they just forced that route for the extra trade in credit value.
Yeah, I saw that too before it started saying I was locked out for an hour.

Same for me. I ended up doing a trade-in with Apple instead. At least I don’t have monthly phone payments with T-Mobile.

I think that T-Mobile has its own allotment of phones that's separate from what Apple will be shipping, so if nobody can get through I assume the dates won't be slipping while we wait?
What a complete **itshow for T-mobile. Bought both phones without financing because of this mess.
Fingers crossed. This is ridiculous. How can they not have this figured out?!?

Yeah absolutely lol I doubt they pull from apple inventory. Same way Best Buy has its own allotment of inventory

Every carrier is given their own allotment. So I believe that would be correct to assume.

I just paid in full at Apple. Going back to bed. No more JOD for me. It works out to be the same if I buy today and sell next year.

Same with me. I used to order through the sprint app but this year I had to move over to the T-Mobile app, when I went to upgrade it said call them so I spent some time with the tech and they kept getting errors so I have to wait till they call me back later.
This is the first time in many years that I got off the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile and didn’t have a new phone. It’s hard to wait when you don’t have any patience. Lol

I agree. I’ve been with them for 7 and one year they messed up my infer so bad that the people in the Office of the President had me email them monthly to credit my account. I think it was the year of the Jet Black iPhone. But even that doesn’t compare to this—not being able to order at ALL.
I already knew my pin...got this after a couple of attempts of inactive phone number problem
This is so bizarre, Ive never created a pin in my life and I cant change it or even update it bc servers are down
