Oh, look! Another ... BUNDLE! It's like they don't understand why people are quitting cable TV. FYI, it's not about the cable, it's about paying for dozens of shyte channels just to get a handful of the ones you want to watch. Hard pass!

Are you able to combine the VIBE and LIVE subscriptions?

LIVE is missing all of the channels that VIBE has.

T-Mobile today announced the launch of new streaming service options that include TVision LIVE, VIBE, and CHANNELS, all of which work with a new TVision Hub.

TVision LIVE is priced between $40 and $60 per month and offers up live news, sports, and other content along with on-demand TV shows and 100 hours of cloud DVR. Full details on all of the available channels can be found on T-Mobile's website.

TVision VIBE is priced at $10 per month and offers over 30 channels from the "most-watched networks on TV" with thousands of shows on demand. TVision Channels allows users to create their own unique mix of channels by subscribing to existing services through T-Mobile at prices starting at $5.99 per month, with support for STARZ, SHOWTIME, and EPIX at launch.

According to T-Mobile, TVision is available exclusively to T-Mobile postpaid customers, with TVision content available on Apple and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, smart TVs, and the TVision HUB, T-Mobile's version of a TV dongle complete with remote.

As a perk for TVision subscribers, T-Mobile is offering customers who sign up for the TVision Live TV+ or Live Zone options ($50 and $60 per month, respectively) a free year's subscription of Apple TV+ along with an option to purchase an Apple TV 4K for $99, which is an $80 savings after a rebate.

Only available for T-Mobile customers. Ive lost interest.

Boy they sure don't make it obvious where the channel lineup is on the site. You have to go into the FAQ at the very bottom and click

"Where can I go to find out what channels are included in TVision services based on my address?"

Edit: No CBS? Wow

I remember when people hate cable and wanted all a la carte services and pay for what you want to watch.
That sounds great until you realize how many subscriptions you have to sign for and all those recurring payments. 🤣
No thanks. I stick to free YT, outdoor antenna for locals, Netflix that's part of my TM plan and Prime Video due using Amazon for shopping.
Sports, go to Reddit and you'll find free streaming options.
That's enough.

Assuming it allows authentication with network apps I might drop Philo ($20/mo, 63 channels) for Vibe ($10/mo + tax, 34 channels)... save a few bucks. We never watch live TV... it's all about the on-demand for us. Vibe still has the major networks we watch.

Was intrigued until I saw no CBS. I'll stick with my Hulu Live, works great, solid lineup of channels and on-demand content.

AT&T WatchTV had a way better lineup than both for $15, shame they stopped offering it standalone. I still get it through my parents' phone plan.

I was on DirecTV NOW (now AT&T TV NOW) for like $35/mo (early adopter). It had a crazy 120+ channels and HBO for $5/mo but, as always, the price kept going up and I had to cancel. It was good while it lasted although it was pretty hit-and-miss for network app authentication, which sucked.

Try Locast, it’s free local channels.
Sounds great except for the WAF and complications to get the DVR into the picture especially when you add all the other services. My wife loves the cooking shows on off brand PBS, regular PBS, Cooking Channel, Food TV, sometimes Vice. It just gets messy.

Competition is good... give the cable monopoly a run for their money
Unfortunately they’re offering basically the same thing as the cable company, with pricing starting in the $30-$40 range, for something you want, bundled with a lot of crap you don’t. If they’d offer a la carte and let me get just a couple of channels I do want (not sports, not premium) for $10-$20, I might be interested. Until that becomes a possibility these are all just a rehash of cable services, which many of us left for a reason.

Just be the provider that sells a standalone data plan for an Apple Watch without requiring an accompanying Phone & plan and I’ll pay for your corporate Christmas party.
