Same boat here. Still shows the old plan, and nothing else from themWell today is July 13th. I've not received anything from T-Mobile telling me that my Simple Choice plan is going away and when I look at the app it still says that's my plan. I doubt this will last long but I'm curious if anyone else is in the same boat?
Last time it took me a whopping 5 minutes …I have never had to port my number either
Yeah it's pretty painless and quick these days.Last time it took me a whopping 5 minutes …
My new plan showed up on their website/billing this week.Curious if anyone has gone through a billing cycle since the 13th & if so, if their new plan is in effect? My cycle starts on the 10th, so I'm guessing that I will get pushed to the new plan on that date, but just guessing at this point. Still nothing on their website indicating the new plan is in effect.
Oddly though, the text said I was moving to the Experience More plan, and the rep confirmed my plan would go up $20/month, but now I'm see on the T Life App that I am being offered a Experience More with Appreciation Savings that would save me $20/month. I'm not clicking on anything until I see the new plan, but it sounds like the Appreciate Savings plan would put me back to exactly the price I am paying today, but with some minor feature differences.
The T-mobile app still shows me as being on the Simple Choice North America plan. I have yet to receive any communication from T-Mobile telling me that my plan is changing. I don't expect this to last much longer. My new plan showed up on their website/billing this week.
Got the same. What’s the catch? Terms and conditions says up to $4.49 per line for telco fees. Yes? If so, this sucks.Curious if anyone has gone through a billing cycle since the 13th & if so, if their new plan is in effect? That's exactly the amount I pay currently per line. Guessing everyone is probably close to that, unless you are on a plan with all fees included.Got the same. What’s the catch? Terms and conditions says up to $4.49 per line for telco fees. Yes? If so, this sucks.
I don’t have zero fees but with 10 lines and fees of $5.36 in total. That's exactly the amount I pay currently per line. Guessing everyone is probably close to that, unless you are on a plan with all fees included.
Oh yah, paying $4.50/line to save $20 total would be completely counter to the reason for switching.I don’t have zero fees but with 10 lines and fees of $5.36 in total.
