I'm a JUMP! customer and I haven't been prioritized. It was pretty much BS.

I got Jumped, not the good kind. Prioritize'n when done by dorks is 'shuffled'

It's still possible. Remember, shipping center is at least two hours ahead of your time. And it may already be on its way to Utah. I'm sure mine is already in transit from Kentucky to get all the way out here by tomorrow morning.

OC here, ordered like 2 hours before you, charged yesterday, 128gb gold plus, all texts, emails about receiving Friday, but robobitch says processed not yet shipped or whatever and tmobile website says pre-order, no changes since this morning, I think ( but my days this week have all melted into one long day so I can't be sure)

Same here, in Los Angeles, 128GB Space Gray, all the e-mails, text's, etc. say Friday. But no tracking number and robolady says no such luck. Even UPS My Choice still says no delivery. How can I sleep?

12:37 pm here in plano Texas and still nothing on my shipment... Ordered 5 am last Friday and got charged the 17th at like 4 pm and haven't gotten any text it emails....


Don't know if ima sleep tonight or check ups website every 30 minutes.

That sounds solid. I'd be checking that into the morning. Doesn't UPS have a major hub there?

I assure you that UPS can deliver same day. I've had it done with Amazon orders before.

You must have been out of the country last Christmas, when a bit of bad weather brought their entire network to a grinding halt, with days worth of delays.

Well I never assume same day or next day delivery during Christmas or any sort of snowy season. But I did have something shipped to Florida on Dec. 23rd with 24th arrival last year. Anyway, I'm just saying it's possible tonight and not to give up hope.

I'm in the same boat as you lol. I kind of doubt we will see any movement tomorrow so I'll be looking to see who you contact about this and I'll most likely be doing the same.

Yup, by three (especially since I mailed to business address). I'd say hang in there until at least 12:00am pst since T-Mobile seems to be a very PST oriented company.

I'm extremely shocked but I got a tracking number and my phones are set to arrive tomorrow. I ordered 3 iphone pluses 16 gb. Placed the order on the 12th at 4:10 PM PST.

I thought it would take weeks to arrive so I didn't even bother checking. I'm a new customer, no Jump, no express shipping or anything - just the standard free shipping.

Extremely surprised.

If it's over 1.10 pounds and less than 3.40 pounds, then you should be good. The router that EVERYONE is ordering is I think 3.40 pounds. The i6+ is 1.10 by itself (estimated).

Ironically, I was trying to ship an iPhone back to tmobile and it took well over two weeks to get to Texas from DC.

I just noticed it a few minutes ago because my current phones with At&t lost service since I'm porting the number. That's why I checked my tmobile status. Turns out my phones are set to arrive tomorrow.
