T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Guys, I have a story for ya'll..

UPS came to my office today to drop off a package(non iPhone). However, I just wanted to ask him a few questions.... it went like this

Hey, got a question for you! How many iPhones in that truck haha?

UPS Man: You dont even want to know! I have roughly 100+ or more. Heck, we even had a 15 minute meeting before our shift started just about the iPhones and how to be careful. Two people even ran out of the house from a block down running down like savages and claiming that their iPhone was inside my truck. I just drove off because I didnt know what their intentions was.. Heck, I even had one order that had 14 IPHONES delivering to 9 DIFFERENT individual names under ONE HOUSE.. I did not deliver it because it I reported it under suspicion and my supervisor told me to return that order for the police to check it out.

Just crazy what these delivery guys have to deal with!
 
Well look at the text I just received a little bit ago.. Hopefully this means I get my order sometime next week! :cool:

Thanks for this! I'm hoping the sleekness of both the phone and spigen case makes it less intimidating.

Yeah I feel like they just have one HUGE batch of that model that will come in eventually and we will all just jump for joy once our tracking shows up.

I hope so but I'm a strong believer of expect the worse and hope for the best so I'm still going with its coming in like 4 weeks... so if it get here sooner ill be surprised as ****!! lol

No problem. I definitely think it's going to be exponentially easier to one-hand type/text with a keyboard like Swype. I said somewhere earlier that Reachability is going to be awesome considering I can't reach the top of the display (or at least, where it would be on the case) unless I readjust my hand... I imagine with Reachability the display will drop down to just about where my thumb goes (from what I've seen in videos).
 
This is what gets me.

Got the email JUST today that it's been shipped
"Your order # XXXXXXXX has been shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR."

yet.. on the UPS tracking, it shows "UPS Ground" and will be delivered on Monday. Haha :mad: Btw.. iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray.

Actually not correct. Lol I ordered Sunday. It's all about the phone your trying to get. We haven't got any info besides were prioritized and we'll know soon. ********. Lol they said they lost our order and I flipped, then they found it in the system. NO INFO. AT ALL. HELP!
 
Does anyone have an experience canceling a T-Mobile order? I ended up buying a 6 in the store but when I called customer service I got a pretty uninformed rep and I want to be certain I can get my money back and not have a 6+ delivered.
 
I got a text from TMO saying, "Your iPhone order is important and prioritized. We will update you with any new information and ship as soon as we get inventory."

I believe this means I'm F-d on getting it anytime soon :(
 
New customer, eip which I got a copy of and said confirmed signed when I ordered 9/12 7:45 am est. meanwhile apparently there was a glitch with it so they manually fixed two days ago. 128 sg 6+. Charged yesterday afternoon. Two days ago was told my order was listed as submitted and not backordered and that it was shipping Friday.

No shipping label, tmo order status page says 'being processed' and the shipping method below says 'overnight 1 business day 9/19'.

Really don't understand what's going on. No clue if it's coming on Saturday or not as there are stories here of people getting their orders early from what their tmo shipping said. Id normally think that all was well for Monday but the fact that literally almost all others in my situation at the very least can see their label, I'm just really confused. No emails from tmo about anything delivery wise either
 
Anyone get their gold, 64 plus today?

Label created last night, does that mean I'll get my it Monday?
 
At least now that I got a 4-7d time frame from them, I can stop checking both UPS and Tmobile's sites every few minutes. Of course, that's assuming I can trust them at their word...

Lol well that last sentence you wrote is the key!! have any of us been able to trust anything they said... on launch the guy guaranteed id have it by today!! lol and theres 3 iPhone 6's in my house and I'm still here waiting for my 6+
 
Robo lady needs to update her message. I just called checking the status of both my orders and she says your order is being processed but not yet ready for shipment. lol
But I found the tracking # via online ups. Aye
 
Awesome. The UPS page says Monday, but they sent me an e-mail saying Saturday. Hahaha… so much for it just being T-Mobile that can't give a straight answer :p
