I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and they said Apple gave them an estimate of 4-7 weeks for orders that do not have tracking numbers. They didn't give more details unfortunately. Also found out that I had two orders instead of one so I ended up canceling both. I'll wait and see what the Nexis 6/X has to offer.

I hope it has good battery life. Just another choice that I might have if I don't get this phone soon.
 
Lol the Note 4 pre order starts tmrw. And tmobile is handling it better. They already told ppl they go live for pre order tmrw at 9am! To bad they screwed up with us!

So if my shipping label was created FINALLYand the date on that happened today at 5AM. Based on prior experiences here when can we expect actual shipment? Anyone know or have an idea?


If UPS picked it up tonight from the wear house and it's next day shipping, you will get it tomorrow.

I preordered in store on the 12th using JUMP. 6+ 64GB SG. I got the EIP, signed it and my order on my.tmobile says order placed on 9/12 @ 4:28PM and back ordered on 9/13 @ 3:10AM. I also received the 9/22 - 9/30 text, but no charges or holds on my account. No UPS tracking. What's the general consensus? Should I be receiving a phone this week? Or are people thinking the orders on the 12th that haven't been fulfilled yet are screwed?

Tmobile support has said so many different things to different people depending on when they call - I would take anything they say with a grain of salt.

I think people who got the 22-30 text can be hopeful they will receive it within that timeframe.

We can't find ANYTHING ON UPS. It's pissing me off. Bad. No charge. Still "processing" and now I'm mad af.

My order matches yours exactly. Even went to backorder at the same time. I talk to an exec that said if you got 22-30 text then it will be there in that time frame.

So there is a group of people who are being promised "by 9/30" by ERT and another group being told "up to six weeks?" Ugh.

Looks like they neutered tmobilehelp. They were the ones that told me 4-7d, only to be contradicted by ERT.
ET called me today told me that there are some 9/30 group that has a 6 week wait on their phones, but she told me I was not one of them and should recieve it before if not on the 30th. We shall see.

just finished chatting with a online specialist who submitted a cancellation request. I jumped on 9/14 but no updates.

All the stores near me have stock in place if I would have known I would have never preordered
 
Got sick and tired of the lies and stories I was getting from tmobile so I went out today and bought a space grey 64 plus today. Paid above retail but no more stress.... I actually got a call today from someone at tmobile concerning a email I sent out a few days ago, I got basically a sorry and that my order will get sent out asap as more inventory comes in and also got a 150 credit

Hmm, I emailed T-force the other day, no response yet. I'll post if anything changes.
 
I can't believe how horrible T-Mobile has been about getting phones out. I never pre-ordered because they never gave use the correct information if we could use jump to do so. And the site was down, so I couldn't even try on the 12th. So my wife and I waited outside for a couple hours to get the phone on the 19th, only to find out that two stores within 3-5 miles of each other got the same type of shipment, iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey. Which isn't exactly what we were wanting. So we ordered them in store, two 6's 16GB. And just this evening my CC was charged. And there are people who still haven't received their orders from pre-orders.

And a coworker ordered their's on Saturday and is getting it tomorrow from AT&T...

Received the Sep 22 and Sep 30 Text Message
No Credit Card charge or hold, No future updates and No UPS info.
On the T-Mobile website went from backordered -> pre-order -> and back to Backorder WTF?

Are they following the # sequence?
To be honest, the bending people are reporting are making me a bit scared of having the huge screen now.. Im having second thoughts about getting the regular 6 which by the way are in full stock in my local T-Mobile store. But i figured go with the bigger size because ill just end up resenting the fact i settled for something out of fear.
 
I think everybody with iPhone 6+ 16GB SG orders should cancel and just go get the iPhone 6 down at their store :rolleyes:;)
