I got a measly $20 effin credit. Tried to order all day on the 12th. After a few orders were cancelled for no apparent reason TMO was finally able to get an order thru on the 19th. Worst experience ever by far with any company.

I ordered over the phone 6+ 128gb gold, Friday 9/19, since then my order status has said "being processed" now it has changed to "shipped".

might want to confirm with the exec team that your order was placed and didnt get screwed up. did you get a confirmation text with 9/22-9/30? maybe your bank/CC company doesnt show you pending transactions? my amex shows up as pending right now so its not been officially charged yet.
