I don't think it's lying as much as clueless lol. My router label was created on Tuesday and I got a tracking number from UPS. Then Wednesday morning I got another text from UPS saying "1Z3Vxxxxxxxx from T-MOBILE LDC UPGRADE not received yet. Updated delivery status provided when UPS receives package."

Then this morning it finally left Louisville and was delivered this afternoon.

Yeah lol think they all use Magic 8 Balls at this point.

I mean I've had things delivered from other instances that I didn't see a updated tracking location list till the dumb thing was already at my house. So they could be behind/out of order in how you get info and when.

I had no label or tracking. I was charged 24th early morning, nothing all day then this morning I found the label in reference. Then later I got the text/email that I had a tracking # now, and that showed up on the label. But it hasn't moved or been scanned at origin yet.

Maybe my phone is taking an adventure to get home like that movie homeward bound with his sassy cat friend.

I just think the CSRs are poorly trained and communication across all the call centers is just relatively poor in general. It doesn't make sense to instruct your CSRs to tell people wildly different things.

5 flights still to go :D

3 labels for items 3.4lbs each . I'm so confused. I only ordered 1 router.

I think a bunch of people had more than 1 but then they went away later.

This is what the tracking on my phone has looked this 7am this morning.:(

This was Anette, some woman leading a rep team from the exec office. She was the one that called me from my email to John and been in contact with me every so often since, checking on my order for me. So I mean she isn't some crazy low tier rep with 0 info. Just not sure any info is concrete, or has so many variables why it differs from person to person.

Maybe they're instructed to give their best guess if in doubt. :p

Hey guys, I've been following this thread since page one and have read EVERY post - things are starting to get out of hand....

I can understand people who ordered during preorder weekend (on the 12th, 13th and to a lesser extent the 14th) being upset about delivery times and status updates as the iPhone didn't even appear on the site until about 3-4AM PST and when it did customers (New, non-Jump and ESPECIALLY JUMP!) could not order the phone due to their servers being overloaded. However, I see users who ordered Six Plus phones on the 19th asking and demanding for their accounts to be charged and shipped when users who preordered on the 12th are still not seeing charges and shipping labels!!!!! That's just RIDICULOUS!

Here are estimated wait times for your phones for those of you who ordered AFTER the 14th:

iPhone 6 - Supplies of these seem to be fairly high and they are showing up on Apple's store tracker as readily available for all colors and sizes. Expect a shipment within a week of placing your order.

iPhone 6 Plus - Supplies are heavily constrained and I never see devices on Apple's store tracker. Expect a shipment within 3-4 weeks of your order

I know that you're very excited to hold your new device - the new iPhones are AMAZING. But - BE PATIENT - ESPECIALLY if you ordered the Six Plus as those are currently under heavy supply constraints!!!

If you have questions, let me know and I'll be happy to answer them. I've been constantly checking multiple forums and supply availability at Apple and have a fairly good idea of what's going on.

TL;DR - If you ordered your iPhone after the 14th, you can expect ~1 week delivery time for the iPhone 6 and AT LEAST a 3-4 week delivery time for the iPhone 6 PLUS!

With all due respect but this is a public forum. We all WANT our iPhones, ordering after the 14th does not mean that we want it any less than those that ordered their phone on sept. 12. If T-Mobile hadn't mess up my account and hadn't put a block on my account I would have ordered my phone way before. Don't tell people how they are supposed to feel. We are all here for the same thing: we are t-mobile users who want their iPhone in their hands ASAP. It's fun and exciting to share with other people that are also impatiently waiting for the same thing!!! And it's nice when you see their reportsz

I hate every single person who is making youtube videos of them bending iphones, putting them in microwaves, dropping them, or whatever else they are doing just to score some views on their page. Who does stuff like this? If If I sit on my MacBook Air I am fairly certain that it's going to bend, and probably break - but why would I do that? This is the kind of nonsense that happens to people who have way too much money and don't take care of their toys. Meanwhile we are sitting here waiting to get our phones and their are idiots out there just destroying them for the fun of it. #rantover
