hmmm, well ... that is odd. ups mychoice shows the delivery for the 29th. i saw it early today (friday morning, was charged thursday at 6pm)
so you are able to track your phone at least?
Yeah if I search via reference I can see both phone and router and click their activities. But mychoice doesn't show me jack ****. No idea why lol.

I don't know if this was addressed, I missed the last page, but....
When a label is generated it isn't at ups yet. You could probably see one if you signed up for ups and created a shipment. Tmo's software communicates they have a package coming, and this is the tracking number.... Ups waits, while expecting it to show up.
Until you get an origin scan, the package isn't on the ups side of the fence.
Its got a origin scan and departure scan leaving Louisville. Its def in their hands moving now. Just not showing up on MyChoice
Does rescheduling my delivery address delay the delivery?
I was scheduled for friday 9/26 delivery, changed to my new address before it was "out for delivery" and now it says estimated date of 9/29 when my iPhone is sitting at a delivery center 15 mins away from me.

Does this ups free delivery window info work? You have to create an acct. Is it free? Why don't they just put it if they know?
I see Tmo still has Jump $10 fee on my bill, when I never ordered it, and told guy in store and on phone that I didn't want it and never ordered it. Store guy told me he couldn't remove it from my order when I purchased....but I wouldn't be charged...of course, I was charged...
This is why I'm worried about my trade in I have to ship to Tmo next. How do I know they will credit me $201 like guy in store said, he left it off my order, and yes, I called and some specialist promised me the credit will be applied when they receive my old iPhone, but I'm a doubter... This was the main reason I purchased at this time and main reason I tried to cancel and purchase the one that showed up in store, so I could do the in store trade in, but, of course, that was not possible...as I explained before..

I know they don't do Saturday delivery but if the phone gets to the facility in my area, can I just go pick it up?
It might take a phone call or two to get it all sorted out but I've never had a problem getting jump taken off and credited after it happened twice after buying new phones.
I just went thru a trade-in fiasco.
If it was not placed as a trade-in order, you can't do it after. The lady still placed our order, and kept telling us it was noted on the account we were doing the price match to verizon on the 4 for $200.
During my 500 calls all week about trying to get it activated and my number ported, they kept ignoring my question about the trade-in, telling me it would be handled after my line finally worked.
Then I got told yo only option was to send the phone back under buyers remorse, and place a new order in a store. Or accept a $100 bill credit.
I got ticked, and sent an executive email stating I just wanted my trade-in to go thru without that hassle, as I was promised. Had I known I would have had to go thru all that, I would have returned it before the 5 day process to get it activated and ported.
In the end, I'm sending her my phone and she is doing the credit to my eip balance (I had my choice of bill credit, iep credit or prepaid CC).
Same here. I've tried it before and each time they throw a fit when you ask. Could try and see but I doubt it. I've heard that nothing gets sorted until the morning of delivery. So basically our phones are in town but mixed in with like 100000 other packages until Monday morning.
