Just out of curiosity.... One person estimated the avg weight between the 6 & 6+, and the weight carried by the planes from China and came up with about 300,000 iPhones per flight. I kind of wonder how many phones the UPS planes carry. It does seem like there is a ratio of more than 1:1 for UPS to China planes. That would indicate that the UPS planes don't carry as many phones per plane. I thought I had seen about 200,000 per plane somewhere but can't remember for sure.
 
Just sent over my 4th email to ERT in 3 weeks because they seem to be refusing to write me back. How is it that there is no transparency on orders that should allegedly be shipping within a week??? What a nightmare this whole thing has been!

Talked to my ERT yesterday and she was quoting what my order status says: on or before 10/24. She told me she'd call on Sunday to see if it had shipped (she's off Sat, which would be 72 hours).
Then I made the mistake of calling a CSR tonight and asking about it. She said 6 weeks out still. :eek: No clue about shipping tomorrow, no clue about a big shipment coming in this weekend. sigh. Makes me wish I hadn't called at all!

Yeah, I contacted CSR, the very same experience.
 
We'll see how this works out.

After my incredibly long winded email, I got an ERT assigned to me. To Clarify, I've had to place four different orders for My phone, and had quite a few complications with my current device. Jimmy (My ERT) called me today to let me know she is sending a phone from HER OFFICE. The same phone I ordered.(6+ 128 SG) It ships tomorrow, and should be here no later than Tuesday.

Does anyone have any experience canceling an online order? Does that sound right? I don't want to locate the 6 Plus Unicorn only to be told my order is pending against my acct.

FWIW. It got shipped yesterday

My EST Del date was Oct 27th.

Don't believe the delivery dates

The cancellation was instantaneous over the phone. Idk why they are making you wait 24 hours... I did have an ERT do it so maybe that's why?

Hmm...that's not too bad of a wait (for the ****show we've seen at least). 21 days. I almost want to wait it out and see how long it'll take for the upgrade to arrive. But I also don't want to be locked in in case I find one in store only to be double charged.

And I've been living proof of how slowly T-Mobile can move with things. I returned an online order to them on 10/2 and it's still yet to be processed in their system. I even have my first months EIP payment due for it. :rolleyes:
 
Which one is that? The ones I've seen on Amazon are comically oversized for even the 6 Plus.

A generic one I found on Amazon... Its large but the phone fits, I'm also using an Apple leather case on the phone itself which is awesome...
 
I've never had to wait longer than a few days for an iPhone upon it's release. Can't believe it's been over a month, wow. Doesn't seem to help any that the ERT has ignored my past emails.
 
Looks like TMO's updating their site. None of the iPhones have the order now shipping soon message. Does this mean all 6+'s are in stock? LOL

No, not here. I did notice that my credit of $202 on their website now shows that I owe them $22. So that'll be a conversation point.

What? I would talk to them too about that. And my iPhone started shutting off randomly so now I'm using some old crappy phone and I can't even get signal anywhere because it's only running EDGE..... WTF!!! I'm getting so upset

No it shouldn't affect your order. And it's sunny out here in Florida but I won't be going outside. Idk how to anymore. This wait is keeping me inside refreshing pages and ripping my hair out

I didn't try to get a loaner. I told them about the problem with my current phone and he said T-Mobile has loaner phones. So I went to T-Mobile to get one and they said there is none left and they're all flip phones so it wouldn't really do me any good. So I'm like SOL...
