Carrier T Mobile iPhone 15/15 Plus/15 Pro/15 Pro Max Pre-release, Orders and Dispatch

Ordered from Apple on Monday says preparing to ship and will have Friday.

Went from a 13 pro to a 15…….

Didn’t think 15 pro was worth it since wife has 14 pro. I don’t really take many pictures.

Will most likely update next year for the 16. Give my dad my 15 and upgrade his 12(my old one :))

Keep in mind it's not the camera being down graded. You will also be losing the 120z refresh rate from the 13 pro. After using 120 hz many people can not use 60hz displays anymore because they got used to how Smooth they were. So other displays just seem stuttery to them. Myself included.
 
Got my text message from t-mobile today.

I ordered about 8:18am Launch day.

But despite getting the text message my UPS tracking details still says it has not been picked up by UPS yet. Strange.

But then my order status on T-Mobile now says completed?! That's even more strange. Shouldn't it be completed once it is delivered?

I submitted my order about three hours after pre-orders opened and secured a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium. On the order status page, it says "Running, Ships By 09/22..." In my email it says "Estimated Shipping date: 09/22-09-22."

Hoping that the shipping date is also the delivery date, but that remains to be seen.

Mine was like this - it said "shipping by 9/22" but today when I got tracking info, it changed to 9/22 for delivery.

Congrats!

That's very strange? But I think their systems are just kinda overloaded haha

I'm waiting for my text message. My order got finished up right around 9am eastern on the 15th

Has anyone with a tracking number had any update beyond the label being created?

It seems strange it's after 8pm at the Indiana warehouse mine is shipping from, but no update on the tracking of it being picked up.

Starting to get a little concerned UPS has not picked up the device yet today.

I've seen it go to Thursday morning before an update, and *poof* the phone is in my hands Friday afternoon.

My order says completed as well. Still no movement since the 17th but it will definitely be here Friday. I have never had a pre-order not deliver release day.

Got my official text this afternoon from T-Mobile that my order has shipped with tracking even though it's been on UPS My Choice since Monday. Order status now says Completed with link to tracking. I also got 2 emails with instruction on eSIM activation and tracking info. I ordered Saturday morning - Blue Pro Max 256.

Man, it sucks. I went to a T-Mobile store Saturday morning, and the delivery dates were still Sept 22nd. I decided to port over from ATT, and they wanted all of the family phones there. My wife had a meeting, so we couldn’t get the transaction done until about 4:00 Saturday afternoon. By then, delivery dates were already pushed back to October 4-11 (black 256 PM) and October xx - November (white 256 PM)!

The store manager said don’t worry about those dates. This happened last year - customer phones arrived on launch date if you ordered the previous weekend.

Let’s see. I am doubting him ha.
 
I have a pending plan change that will go into effect during my next billing cycle - will I be able to get in on the trade in special or will I have to wait until the plan change is fully active?

If ordering through the t-mobile website then yes you can get in on the trade in special now. You can do a test order and the website will show you getting the higher trade in values while still being on your old plan.
 
No tracking yet but all of my phones are Active-Shipped!

I ordered my phone Sept 15th @ about 9pm and had a pending charge for the phone in my credit card up to tonight. The pending charge is gone and no longer listed but the pre-order still exist. I'm not sure what this means?

You can check my.t-mobile.com/eipjod to see if you have a status on your devices.

Had the same exact thing happen to me. I still have a tracking number (had it since Monday I believe). And also that link macfan sent shows the new phone there as well. So I really wouldn't worry too much about it. Should get actual shipping information from T-Mobile tomorrow
