I ordered in store on Saturday. It would have been sooner, but I decided to port from ATT for the multi-line discount and promos.

Anyways, in my orders on the T-Mobile app, it’s showing October 4 - 11th. The reps in store and someone over chat said disregard those dates, that it should be the 22nd.

Who do I believe: the reps or the orders page?

I was afraid I couldn’t trust them haha.

The store manager did say this happened last year, where the order dates where pushed out far, but customers actually got them on launch day. When the chat agent said the same thing (that this is common), I “almost” believed them ha.

You never know, could still get there Friday, but just don't get your hopes up.

Yeah it really sucks for people who work. I lost my job due to too many medical issues so one perk of that is I get to wake up at 7 and stare out my window all day until that brown truck blesses me.

Yeah, I know the feeling. I was diagnosed with terminal blood/bone cancer in October 2013 and I was given about five years to live, now it’s 2023 I’m still here still fighting but still pretty strong. So I’ll be waiting all day refreshing my UPS app and looking out the window.
 
For those having it delivered launch date, then I do not expect to see movement on the tracking until sometime Wednesday.

Since it is 2 day shipping that would put it being delivered on Friday.

Believe me, I plan to have my Nest app open on my desk all day at work. Thankfully my partner has promised to sign for me if it shows up before I get home
 
I ordered the AW Ultra 2 form tmobile. I know it’s not a phone but did we figure out what “running” meant on the t mobile order page? My watch is currently running

So if my orders page in the T-Mobile app says arriving October 4th, but I walk into a store this Friday after work and they happen to have some in stock, can they let me pick the in-store one and cancel the one set up for delivery?
 
Omg how come I still don’t have tracking on UPS My Choice!?!? Am I the only crazy person refreshing it like every 10 minutes all day waiting for them to pop up still???
I don’t have tracking yet either. And I ordered mine by 5:30am on Friday Morning.
So I’m sure tracking is coming hopefully by tomorrow 😬😬

Has anyone that’s been charged actually have the transaction post? Mine still says the transaction is pending.

Also, has anyone received actual tracking from T-Mobile rather than UPS My Choice?

Tracking showed up in UPS My Choice this afternoon with arrival 9-22 between 11-1PM. Shipping from T-Mobile in Jeffersonville, IN 2nd day air. Transaction is still pending on my cc and T-Mobile account still says "Running"

I gotta wait for T-Mobile to send the tracking this year. My my choice is my old address and I have to verify it 😭
