I am curious, if you do the deal with Tmobile, is your phone locked to Tmobile until the 24 months lapses or you pay the phone off early?
My wife and I have been with T-Mobile for almost 20 years and this scenario is exactly what I was hoping to avoid. Every year, their upgrade program becomes more and more convoluted because of all of the fine print AND the fact that each customer service rep gives you a different story. It's not their fault. They are getting their orders from people who are probably just as confused and frustrated because their instructions are from people who only care about the bottom line.Just got off the phone with T-Mobile customer support. I was considering upgrading our Magenta plan to the Go5G Next plan because it says you are eligible for yearly phone upgrades. In talking with them, they clarified that the yearly upgrades are only available on lines that the installment agreements are more than 50% paid off. That seems VERY misleading to me. I then asked why the Go5G Next plan is so much more if it doesn't really allow you yearly upgrades and she just kept talking about unlimited data and hotspots, blah blah blah...
We've been with T-Mobile for 13 years and I have upgraded every year to the latest iPhone one way or another and it gets more and more expensive and confusing each year - not to mention all the hassles when the preorders go live - last year was the WORST! I think I'm going to sit this year out, unfortunately. The camera upgrades seem great, but it doesn't feel like it's worth all the extra money per month. Maybe I'll research switching to a different carrier this year and be ready for the 16 next year. Good luck everyone!
Mine went up. I have 3 lines with work perks discount. Was paying $144.50 for Magenta Max, now $157.25 for Go5G Plus. When logging in, it tells me to call to see the price of the Go 5g. I’m on magenta max, are the new plans the same or more monthly? I’m trading in an iPhone 11 Pro I think its most cost effective to stay on magenta max and just buy the phone with my Apple Card.
This was my question…So, us Simple Choice customers are SOL, it appears?
Am I reading this wrong??
So only $200 off if you are on the grandfathered Simple Choice plans, AND you want my iPhone 13 Pro Max that is mint condition????
GTFOH!!!
If you are on the postpaid plan, the device must be (1) used on T-Mobile's network for 40 days and (2) any remaining balance must be paid in full.I am curious, if you do the deal with Tmobile, is your phone locked to Tmobile until the 24 months lapses or you pay the phone off early?
Hi everyone.
Can anyone hazard a guess on how much T-Mo may offer as a trade-in on a 12 Pro/256g? I'm debating on upgrading through t-Mo or Apple for a 14ProMax/256.
Thanks.
Yes, the $1000 off offer applies to iPhone 11 or newer.Based on my chat, it says that the 12pro Max will be apart of the eligible devices for the $1000 off.
I believe the cut off time was 9pmHi guys!
Is anyone else getting this error when attempting to get ready for pre-order?
I just switched to T-Mobile today.
