Just got of the phone with t-mobile. Telling me my iPhone 6S RG 16GB wont Ship Probably til next week.. Has 2-3 weeks time frame from date of order which was sept 13th.. Despite status page saying expected to ship by 24th.. Dont even care anymore![]()
I just DMed them and said I was never offered the promo. They said they'd honor the promo but I'd lose my place in line and my phone would be delayed. I'm hoping that I'll be able to use Jump! On Demand to upgrade the memory in a month or two.
For those who have shipping labels created. Does it show shipped on the explorer order status page?
That's if you order today.I just called T mobile and they said all the rose gold models are now on back order, and won't ship until next week. Lets see if that is true.

Ordered 1x 64g SG6 and 1x 64 RG 6 in store on 12th, confirmed on 13th. Got tracking this morning, and it's freaking UPS ground! Not to mention they charged me 6.99 for shipping! Called the customer service, she said because I did it in the store and the shipping option was different than doing it over the phone. I could either cancel the order and do it again over the phone or go the store and figure it out with the store staff. She did end up crediting me back for the 6.99.
Anyone here for ups ground too?just debating if I should go to the store to get the straight and wondering how to get this straight because they created the label already!
I wouldn't let them cancel and redo the order. It's just the thought of not being able to get the phones on time or early(possibly)is killing me lol, I was thinking maybe they could void the label and create another one if they haven't shipped it out yetWhy risk it ? If they credit the account I would just let it go
