This email doesn't make me feel too warm and fuzzy. From the sounds of it.. that 9/24 expected ship status is ******** to make you happy/quiet and meanwhile they don't really have any phones for you. Because that whole "Note that your shipping estimate may change if we receive devices later than expected". And the lack of charge/shipping like the rest of you guys.....

I got 6S+ 128gb space gray so I have no idea why it's taking this long and I ordered legit about 10 minutes before pre order started. They had locked me out of my account because I kept logging in and I called them and the T-Mobile rep which was really nice gave me an exception and did it all for me over the phone... Way before everything started..

This may come as a surprise to you, but their system was down at the start of the preorders last saturday midnight. What they did instead was take all of the order info down to be input later when the system came back up. And for me and a whole lot of other folks on the forum, the CSRs apparently screwed our orders up in the process.
 
The 6s+ 64GB Silver. Seems to be the one I have not seen going out... And what a coincidence that's the one I ordered. 224 order number and I order 9/12 3:30 pst

9/20/2015 I made my pre order on 9.13.15 in the evening. I ordered iPhone 6s plus silver 64gb on JOD. This morning at about 10am MST my status changed from "in process" to "order on hold".... I have no idea what that means... my card has not been charged yet :( my wife and mothers orders for 16bg non plus rose gold have stayed in "in process" mode as of now. ANY IDEAS??

NO ONE has any phones for anybody yet. They are still being shipped from the factory.

T-Mobile is giving you the best info they have. They are generating packing labels and updating EIPs with IMEIs as they are allotted phones from Apple.

Unfortunately the factory workers in China can only push out so many phones. Your phone will get there when it gets there, pure and simple.

When you sign up for a preorder T-Mobile isn't actually guaranteeing you anything. You're getting priority, for whenever they receive the phones.

I talked to T-Mobile. The rep I talked to stated they are packaging the pre-orders for customer and will start shipping Monday for people who are on "Jump on demand" Non-Jump on demand customers will get the there new IPhone 6s in the days to come. Those who show ship by 9/24/15 should get their iPhone on the 25th.

The T-MO rep did tell me my card was charged this morning, but since it is Sunday may not show on my bank statement and is expected to ship tomorrow for a delivery of 9/25/15

My card JUST got charged 15 mins ago however I haven't received any text message on tracking info. However the charge is all I wanted because that is the TRUE confirmation that I will be receiving my phone on launch!

You mad, sis? Just kidding. That is frustrating for sure but I do think they fully intend to deliver to you when promised. I suspect that all shipments will be coming direct from the factory [later this week... not yet. Probably will move Wednesday/Thursday] and Apple will be telling the factory what to allocate to each channel (direct, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc). If Apple unexpectedly diverts the shipments to another channel, T-Mobile is powerless to get the phones to you. All unlikely I'm sure but they're covering their bases.

I'm not saying someone has their phone, I'm not mentally handicapped. Its not the 25th. That's not what I posted about so here is what I meant. If someone has been charged/label they have a phone physically assigned to them ready to go. Least that is what the years before have taught me.

My gripe, however, is the fact that they say one thing then two seconds later you can get mixed messages sent to you randomly that contradicts everything you were already told. Why are SO many of you getting charged and labels...yet the lady I literally just spoke with says that's ******** and no one will be charged till the 23rd/24th when they start getting shipped? Why aren't they all on the same page on their own process. I highly doubt all 20+ of you are lying about the charges and labels-lol. And she said my order is not incomplete and they have it ready to go by the 23rd/24th to ship, and it only shows partially back ordered just because it's not officially released(....I don't even SEE the back ordered status yet meanwhile) She said they physically have my phone there in their system....(right.) So, cool if you have my order ready to go like you say then why haven't I been charged? Why is that part stuck on my order but not everyone elses, if you do in fact have my order ready?

Just **** like this shouldn't happen. It's much more organized than last year, but the miscommunications/not on the same page is what is causing the massive headaches for them and us. This process is like as awkward as a middle school dance lol

The service carrier "UPS, Fedex,USPS" will hold till it can meed delivery. Phone Carriers get FCC fines for releasing products early.
 
Yayyy! My CC just got charged for my 6S+ 64GB Silver, haven't gotten any shipping information yet hopefully will get something soon :)

Probably is conflating FCC device/hardware approval (and being fined for selling before approved) and Apple's marketing plans. FCC approval is already granted for the 6s/6s+
But there's a bunch of 6s/6s+ in the wild right now... Makes no sense.
