I tried. 4 times. LOL. They said you cannot ship separately. You cannot ship separately if you have one order number. Its so stupid. Tmobile was like "next time, ask the rep to create two separate orders".
How retarded is that???

Tell them you want to cancel and go wait out front of the T-Mo store. lol

So am i the only one who ordered on sep 18th? was it worth it? despite tmobiles

(so this thing is, if I don't Any progress before Friday, I'll just cancel my order,

I ordered on Sept 20th at 10:30pm. 5 minutes after that I got charged on my card then 10 minutes after that got my EIP. When I woke up I saw I had a shipment notification. However this has more to do with the fact that I ordered the iPhone 6S 16gb in gold.

Your attachment (if it is truly a T-Mobile internal memo) seems to support your claim, good luck to you and anyone else in the same situation.

I am on Jump on Demand and started my ordering Odyssey at 4 am last Saturday. About 15 phone calls later (not exaggerating), my phone (Space Grey 64Gb 6s) is on its way - I've received the tracking number, new EIP, etc.

I originally had the 16gb iPhone 6 and between Sat and Sunday last week I spoke with at least 5 reps who all confirmed that as document 108271 stated I would not have to pay the $99 to move up to the 64gb nor would my monthly payments increase or anything else be charged to me. The last rep I spoke with was with Tforce and she assured me that if I were indeed charged the $99+tax I should called back and have it credited to me. The monthly payment on my original lease was 28.69, the amount on the one for my 6s is 27.63. I was charged for the down payment, so I will give it a bit to see if I am credited or not before I pursue it with them. The way I look at it I was planning to pay the $99, so if I end up having to pay it I don't see it as the end of the world. BUT.....I was assured by numerous reps that I would NOT have to pay it, and I have that in writing, so I'm going to push as far as I can to get a refund. We'll see. At this point I'm just looking forward to getting the phone! That seems to be a bigger issue now anyway since I had it sent to work but apparently they did not include my name in the address, so I will need to spend the rest of the week getting friendly with the mailroom people.

I would gather that ups is (and someone pretty much confirmed this earlier post) getting our iphone's in (once apple has an iphone for us, the label is probably created) and keeping them locked up and will start to move on WED and or THUR and we won't see any "activity" on the tracking side until them.. So, IMHO the phones are marked for us (from apple) travel over the ocean and get scanned in UPS hub.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. That's the bottom line of all of this "free upgrade" talk I keep seeing posted in this thread.
