Same here! I have been charged since Sunday and I have yet to receive a tracking number or have my status updated. It says "expected to ship by September 24th."

I think you'd be better off bringing a BILL bill; water gas/electric, something like that is what I was told when I had to do it before. I just don't want you to count on T-Mobile to be super helpful on launch day. They're probably gonna be swamped again.
My tracking has been like this for 3 days. No movement and should be here in two days...
Mines too!! On T-Mobile website it says to ship out on the 24th so we probably see some movement tomorrow depending on when you placed your order
Its insane how we most got tracking numbers but reps still cant say for sure we will get phones on friday.. Why the hell would you print label for ppl and dont know what they plan to attach the labels to empty boxes
Dude, you need to relax. If they charged your credit card and printed a shipping label, your phone will be on its way on Thursday.

OK the only bill i pay is tmobile lol uh oh so i can only bring my t-mobile bill
This isn't necessarily a sign there is a problem, but this information was obviously not accurate (for all cases anyway). More people seem to have been charged than not.As of right now, my credit card still has not been charged. T-mobile rep told me my card would not get charged intill the devices ship.
Look like I have 24 hours before I freak out
In most regular situations phones ship pretty quickly. All carriers right now are doing massive orders and I am sure there are thousands of packages with labels sitting somewhere just waiting to get picked up and moved.
I wouldn't stress if you're able to see an order when you log into my tmobile. Not a whole lot you can do beyond that I wouldn't think.
Mine says the same thing, ordered a RG 16GB the 14th. So excited!

You probably aren't going to see anything for at least 5 hours the planes are all in the air flying to Kentucky. Well two are in the air the rest are getting ready.
So if UPS says "shipped/charged 9/21" does that mean anything? Everything else is not moving. "Label created" is my latest status. T-mobile website just says it's processing. Card has a temp charge on it.
Well my card was finally charged...no update on status though, and no email confirming (i) Your payment is complete, or (ii) tracking. I received both emails for my other order, a 6s+ 128gb. Truly strange. I guess the charge on the card is a good sign, though it seems many of us have cards charged, but no tracking info.
Would be cool if my phone would just come tomorrow so I don't have to be phone-less for going on 2 days. I HATE android btw, never going back after all the crap I've gone through.
What crap? I've been on android for years now...i think it's okay, but just not optimized given it has to work on 10,000 different hardware configurations.
mine says the same. I wish we would get it earlier but i'll have to wait friday morning to pick it up at the UPS distribution center
i switched from verizon and t mobile ported my number over on the 21st. i just bought a pre paid t mobile phone from bestbuy mobile and been using that until i get my 6s+ . i can't go days without a phone
I'm fine with that, I can wait. I wasn't expecting to see get it until Friday or lately. This my first time ever preordering and after reading all these forums I pretty much got an idea of things work lol
Since you ordered on 14th You should be good. I ordered on 18th so was just trying my luck, maybe pushing it too far. Anyways the T-Mobile rep told me the phone is scheduled to be shipped on Friday so should get it the following week at max.
