Just got a departure scan:

I'm in Riverside, CA, but the flight tracker isn't showing a corresponding departing flight from Louisville Intl (KSDF) to the LA area (ZLA), which includes LAX, ONT, BUR, etc. Ontario (ONT) is the nearest major UPS hub.

Why did they have to cancel? Mine still says label created/order received with no origin scan since Monday. I'm getting worried.

My CC issued a fraud alert...long story short, never charged and they had an "error" on the system that couldn't correct

Folks from Tampa Bay, it's possible that your phone may not leave SDF until early Friday. There are two UPS flights from SDF to PIE (Clearwater Airport). Mmmmm, pie. In any case, the flights don't leave SDF until 0330 and 0430, and arrive at PIE at 0500 and 0600. At least in Pinellas County, UPS operates out of a hub in Clearwater. This would give them plenty of time to move your phone from the airport to a truck.

Usually, once you place an order, the earliest that you'd get shipping info is the next morning. It doesn't seem as if you're getting the phone tomorrow but it's possible that T-Mobile may get these out quicker. Good luck.
