To all who ended up with ground shipping instead of next day air, it is the fault of the rep who took your order. They should have chosen overnight shipping, but they did not.
I spoke to an upper level T-Mobile rep after emailing the CEO about it and that's what he stated. He apologized profusely and gave me a credit for my entire bill - $273. Hey, that's worth getting my phone on Monday to me!

what's the earliest that UPS delivers? is it 9am? it's 6:30 in nyc and I'm at the gym nervous about missing package. it says on vehicle out for delivery. is 9 am the earliest?
Just got the notification mine is ready for pickup at my local ups customer center
Have you got an update yet? Mine arrived in Baltimore, MD (which has never happened before) last night at 11:17pm then arrived in Landover, MD at 1:20pm before going out for delivery at 5:25am this morning.
5:31 Destination scan at UPS hub in OKC, where it's waiting for me to pick it up at 8am. Yea!

You should leave a note on your door with instructions to leave it with a neighbor because they won't return today if they get there and you aren't home.
From Miami, huh? I lived there the first 5 years of my life and was born in Ft. Lauderdale. Can't believe I moved to California 31 years ago. Time flies!
when you say pull out do you mean UPS pulling out of their warehouse?
I'm glad my daughter get out of school at 1pm today and I get off at noon. We're going straight to my dad's house so I can get my phone and take her to Toys R Us. When I get a new phone she get a new expensive toy.
