What status will UPS website tracking show when it's ready for pickup at my local hub? The last status is destination scan 3 hours ago.

If you set it up to notify you, it should notify you when it is ready. However it will say "As requested, the UPS My Choice® delivery change was completed. / The receiver arranged to pick up the package at a UPS facility. Pickup must be made within 5 business days." when it is ready for you! :)

ok IM not sure what happened !! It went from delivery at eod to this ? Do you think this is because I'm having it delivered to a UPS location ?

That sucks! that's why i recommended anyone who can wait at home to do so. Changing to pickup isn't always worth the risk since it has to be sent back to the sorting machine to get a new label and causes a delay in your package. Looks like you won't see it till Monday. If I was you I'd call them up and see if it's possible to change it to Saturday pickup.

Thanks! Guess they haven't gotten around to mine yet. :(

I know I'm being paranoid but has anyone confirmed that the Apple Store-bought T-mobile 6s is unlocked? I've got my pickup at 6pm and I'm planning on using my Ting GSM SIM card.

I looked at those, but not sure how I feel about them. They totally take away from the color iPhone selected? What's the point of getting RG or SG if you cover it up?

Well, absolutely. If you want to maintain the color/appearance of your new phone, then you have to go naked, use a clear case, or go with a clear skin.

At any rate, my cases are ready to host my iPhones after delivery!

It's just a hair heavier. Even fits in the same case I had my 6+ in, which is awesome. Sending the one I got from Amazon back.

This will be the case (no pun intended) with most cases. I have like 20 cases and sleeves for my 6+. But the one I like the best is the clear Spigen Thin Fit, and the other thin fit ones are the same but not the clear. So I have 2 new ones for the 6S+, and still 2 unopened ones for the 6+ which I will give to my parents. But I also have custom German made sleeves in the highest quality leather and Suede made to fit with the case; actually the leather one is custom made, the Suede is only for naked. I'll have to look up the name of the manufacturer again, I forget. But then I keep my phone in a case, within the sleeve, within a pouch, within a bag, so I'm very protective when I'm out and about.

How long did it take for your phones to go from "shipping label created" to "shipped"?

For those of us that pre-ordered, it's probably going to be different hen how it is for you. For the pre-orders, T-Mobile paid/printed the shipping labels about 5 days in advance. For orders from here on out, I imagine that a label won't be printed until right before its about to actually ship. (within 24 hours) But that's just speculation on part...

Also, did it take more than 24 hours for you to be able to view your estimated ship date on https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status?
I was never able to see an estimated ship date. I have two phones in hand (picked up earlier today at UPS CC) and one phone arriving (TMO messed up giving me tracking initially so I thought I only had two tracking numbers and only had them hold two packages).

Long story short, logging into TMO just said "shipped" at one point. It still, in red, says more details will be updated later (paraphrasing).

For those who have it already is there any difference in reception? Better, worse or the same? This was one of my concerns.

Honestly at least where I live (Tampa, FL) is the same crappy reception in my Apartment, outside is great but inside I just get 1 bar LTE, and they are supposed to have rolled out band 12 in this whole area, so IDK.

This is purely a visual comparison and by no means a real test (read: I didn't use calipers or anything) but I think the only physical difference is that the screen "protrudes" more. The only cases I can think may vbe effected at all are those with built in screen covers.

Working on transferring data now on my iPhone. I had to call T-Mobile to credit my account they didn't send me the return label or the bag needed to return the phone.

i am so tempted to just do a cloud backup and start using the new phone- but i dont like having new phones without screen protectors!

I never use screen protectors but I keep my phones immaculate and don't put them in my pocket without being in a case with a sleeve within a pouch.

The 6+ glass sucks as it has been the only one so far that always gets full of spots and fingerprints, and if I use a cleanser to wipe it down you can see parts of where the oleophobic coating is missing. Here's hoping that the new 6S+ glass is better!!

Gonna repost this, since it got lost....

Also real quick. So my phone is up and running and shows T-mobile up in the corner, BUT the bars keep flashing on and off? was I supposed to do something? I didn't get anything in the shipping bubble just the box. nothing else? I am going to tmobile soon to drop off my jump phone

Wonder if you'll be able to get it unlocked then per their lifetime coverage guarantee?

Same with me, but I gave a tracking number that only says "label created"

Weird that the t mobile website would says shipped when they haven't shipped it yet.

Well that was a direct quote from Spigen and I compared the empty cases and the clear thin fit is slightly larger and deeper. Don't forget, the 6S+ is also 0.1mm taller and 0.01mm wider than the 6+, and 0.2mm thicker.

As far as weight goes, it's 20 grams heavier which is the exact weight of 4 nickels.

oh btw i didn't sign for the phone he just left it on my front porch on a chair and peaced out.

I left a note on my door letting the UPS driver know that I was home for delivery. I always do this in case it needs a signature...it may help prevent the old "put a slip on the door and run" routine that happened a few years ago. I also mentioned on the note that I have a cold drink for him as a thank you.
