I got my first bill today after jumping to the 6S from the 6 using the promotion at $15 a month. All I can say is WTF. The bill is almost $300 compared to around 140. I just knew it was going to be a screw up. I was billed over $30 a month each of the two 6S and also for the phone I already returned.

That seems way too high, but I do know it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the EIP on a returned device to be removed from your bill - and to get refunded for the installments you were billed for.

It's ridiculous, but that's just the nature of the beast with shipping back phones to T-Mo. Just make sure you stay on top of it and it should get sorted out.

They were returned in the store. I also jumped from the 6 plus 64gb to the 6s plus 64gb and all I got was a 12 credit which makes the installment a lot higher. They originally said you will continue paying 19 a month after credit. The eip on the 6plus 64gb was 29.85 and the 6s plus is almost 36 before the 12 credit. T-Mobile didn't do this correct and were not well prepared.

Smh I can only imagine how my bill will look next month but I started early fussing about charges and things that need to be fixed. I don't play when it comes to my money.... I've already received 200 in credits

Anyone that upgraded from the 6 plus 64GB to the 6S Plus 64GB understand how the billing is suppose to work? On my bill the EIP is $35.56 compared to the 6 which was 29.85. After the $12 credit it was 17.85 but I don't understand how it will work now with the 6S Plus. What happened to the $100 plus tax that I paid on the 6? This is very confusing and my whole bill is screwed up.

Have you tried calling to get an itemized break down of the charges?! I know I would I would literally have to speak to someone and go into a store. I'm real anal!!!

Okay, I am hoping someone can give me a alittle bit of insight on this.

I ordered my iphone 6splus 64gb white/silver on 9/28. I had an original ship date of 10/11/2015 -10/18/2015. I decided to check it today to see if anything had changed and I wish I hadnt. Now the ship date has moved to 10/17/2015-10/24/2015. Any one else experience this move back like this? Is it holding true or has anyone had theirs ship a little earlier?

Since they've only pushed it back by one week, it's probably tmobile cushioning your dates so it will make them look better when it ships "early". I've seen more silver and gold 6s+ being shipped recently for orders placed the week after launch. I'm betting you'll get a status update soonish. Don't quote me though lol. Just my opinion based on observation and AT&T rep told me more of the Plus model should be shipping 10/16-10/23. I take word from reps with a huge grain of salt though. They just can't always be trusted lol.

Do all the phones ship from the same location or different?
Because I have a package coming in from NY via UPS, and I haven't ordered nothing beside my iPhone 6s+. The package has a weight of 1.00 lbs.

Or they don't have a clue and just say something to keep us annoying customers off their back ;-)

That might be your phone. I have a 6s+ and that weighed 1.30 pounds.

@itsboi I'm in the same boat as you. I ordered a 64GB 6s+ space gray and was supposed to receive it last week but they've had problems processing my order. More than 4 times they tried to put the order through on my Discover card. I even had Discover check and nothing on their end was holding anything up. I called them.. well over 12 times in the past week trying to get this resolved. Was supposed to receive a follow-up call Saturday (never did) and ended up calling Sunday. Told the rep that if they just need another card, say so. He's like yep, that's exactly what we need. Ok THEN CALL ME to let me know this rather than I find out 48 hours later with your slow status update and email system.. this phone is ready to ship the moment they charge for the down payment on the card. Here we are Monday. My status still says I need to call because of an issue processing payment.. but the page hasn't been updated since 10/10. I have to say.. next time I order a phone, It'll be IN STORE and WITH CASH. I don't have time for this company's games and extremely poor follow-up with customers for issues with their order processing system. MAYBE I'll get a phone this week..
