So they gave you the $195 for the phone but will not be giving you the rest via bill credits?

Righ, and that's exactly what one of the cs reps said yesterday. I'll have to wait until I see my bill next month to see if it's actually fixed, might be gong through this all over again in a month.

I hear you, its a pain.
When you first log in to your Tmobile account go to billing and then click on the bottom of the page to the EIP section.
It should open up your EIP details and it will tell you exactly how much credit per month you should be getting, for how many months etc...
 
So after submitting a BBB complaint today I get a call and email from Tmo presidential section executive team. He apologized for all the issues and said I will be getting either the monthly credits or a lump sum credit, he even gave me date deadlines so I will know for sure if the billing is correct. I'm glad it's fixed but sad it's only because of a better business bureau complaint. Oh well, fixed is fixed.
