Once again
I have a Family plan with 4 phone lines and two tablet sims. I switched to TMobile last May 2014. Very happy. All phone lines were signed up with the original 2.5gb data (so my bill is $100 + fees for 4 lines, plus free 1 gb for both Tablets). If any new customers need a referral I can do 4 lines. PM me
Let me know if you need a referral.
This is how it works.:)

Step to follow (in this order):

1) The referrer MUST create an account on http://referral.t-mobile.com. This has to be done in order for the referee to identify who referred them in The Referral Database of What.
- Note that the website account credentials is completely different from http://www.t-mobile.com.
- If you happen to have 10 family members on your line, you would not only have to create 10 separate accounts (optional, as not many people need access to http://my.t-mobile.com),
but you'd have to create 10 unique accounts on http://referral.t-mobile.com

2) The referee can now register @ http://referral.t-mobile.com.
- At this point during the signup process, it will ask "how did you hear about us?" From a dropdown, you say that you were referred.
- You then put in the Phone # of the person that referred you. If this phone number does not exist in The Referral Database of What, you cannot proceed.
- This is why it is imperative that Step 1) occurs first.
- It will identify your referrer. It will show the name of the account associated with the referrer. This is to confirm that you want the referrer to receive the referral. Continue

3) That's pretty much it. From this point forward, login to http://referral.t-mobile.com (both the referrer AND the referee, and BOTH can see the status of the referral).
- Note that mine still says Pending Referral or whatever. However I already received the unlimited 4G hi-speed data.
- I'm assuming once it's approved, both parties will receive the $25 T-Mobile Store Credit Card.

Enjoy!

Available as referrer

I recently signed up for T-mobile after me and my family upgraded to iphone 6/6+ and have 4 lines on my account. We are in the twin cities and so far service has been great. Would love to refer people so that we can both get unlimited LTE for 12 months.

Maybe we can help each other out. I think I'm going to be making the switch today!

According to the fine print, your next billing cycle which is a day or two after you activate the line.

Does anyone know how long it will take for the unlimited lte to kick in after the referral?

It happened for me a couple days after I got my first referral. I've got unlimited LTE now, with a credit for the difference in cost. Not the beginning of my billing cycle though.

click on Nexus4144's username on his/her post and choose the send a private message option.

P.S. If others are looking to be referred let me know--I have an extra line that could use the unlimited. :)

I don't see the private message option when I click on there name?
The options I get are

Anyone looking for a referral?! PM ME! New T-Mobile customer, and I want to help others as well.

1. On my.t-mobile.com, my account shows a $30 credit that I didn't put there.
2. My data usage now shows "xxx MB of unlimited." I didn't have the unlimited plan before.

Cool thanks. Hope it shows up soon. When you signed up did you get an email talking about a $25 gift card? That's all mine said. Didn't mention anything about free unlimited data.

I'm still avail to refer you. I've been a Tmo user for 2 years.
sign up at tmo's 'refer a friend' page. you must be a new Tmo user, not before late August.
then PM me your email or phone #.
easy..
the unlimited data option kicks in very quick, in a few days. you also get a 5gb hotspot for other wifi devices, and their Rhapsody unradio app music with no ads and unlimited skips.

For those wondering how long it takes for the Unlimited LTE to show up, it should take about a couple of days. On one of my lines that I referred someone, I noticed I didn't have unlimited LTE and was waiting for about a week. I decided to contact their referral customer service at 866-299-8932. Their automated choices didn't give an option for Unlimited LTE referral questions, so I think I just chose option 3. I gave them my account info and the name of the person I referred. She was able to change my account to unlimited and said it might take 24-48 hours to show up. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I logged on to my T-Mobile account and it showed I had unlimited. If you've been waiting for a while, it wouldn't hurt to contact their customer service. They're open M-F, 7am-7pm CST. Good luck.
