I've used T-Mobile extensively in Latin America and in Europe and haven't had signal issues. No, it isn't high-speed LTE, but it works fine for the basics. Having the ability to use GPS, text, yelp and Facetime audio...for no extra cost whatsoever, is more than fantastic. I'm not complaining
