But the pricing is too damn expensive.
I'm using my solid brick aluminum 2G iPhone and still loving it. Naïve people still ask if it's the new one because of the condition I keep it in, and paying $6 bucks a month for unlimited data simply cannot be beat.
Sadly, my battery is starting to go, and while I tend to take all of my **** apart, I'm a little reluctant to do so on the first generation since it's nowhere as simple as the 3G or 3GS.
Any ideas or tips when you're phone is in this state?
I really want the new one, I mean I've waited a while for a phone I wanted to trade for my current iPhone, and iPhone 4 is it. However, I can't justify $600, even if I'm saving $288 a year on data, it's only edge after all too.
Personally I'd like to wait a couple months for iPhone 4 to settle in, and see what offers start coming up on craigslist. However, with a dying battery the time's a ticking, so I'll keep you posted if you care.
