OS X does have a built-in screen sharing app that makes this easy, although I personally use Chicken of the VNC. I prefer it because I find the desktop "blurry" using the built-in app.

Do you use full or adaptive quality in Screen Sharing?

4GB DDR2 RAM. 160GB HDD. It has Photoshop CS4 on it. I so badly want a Macbook 2010 and a Powerbook. It's slow-ish.
