I would get the pro version but it depends how much extra it will cost in the UK. On contract I will have to pay around £200 up front cost (Based on last years iPhone 6s plus 64GB) Don't fancy spending more than that.

Yea I'll be looking into getting the iPhone 7 Pro, if it's announced. I'm interested to seeing the dual camera and the features that Apple will implement with it. I wonder if there will also be other features that will set the Pro apart from the regular iPhone 7.

I really doubt apple will introduce fast charging. I think they are working on wireless charging with WATTUP where You will be walking around your house and your phone will be charging automatically In your pocket. It could be very scary but that will be a revolution. Until, apple switches over to USB C there wont be any fast charging straight from apple though.

I know that if they do release a Pro version with the Plus I won't resist. Buuuuut it gotta be worth the extra money..

Do you think Apple will introduce fast charging?

Definitely

Whether they do that alongside the iPhone 7 or not is unknown, but I would assume they will stagger it to not come out around the same time as wireless charging. That means probably either this year, or three years from now (successor to iPhone 8), or maybe even reserve it for the iPhone Pro line. I wouldn't be surprised if fast charging is going to come in the form of that smart dock connector on the back of the iPhone 7 Pro
