Pretty sure they are not taking $100 off the Mini-R. If they were, it would say so.
The target gift card of $75 with the purchase of any iPad mini, seems kinda vague and not specific to model. Might get away with that.

If the the $100 gift card at Walmart is also valid on Retina Minis, it would bring the price down to $299 for the base model.

I've got you all beat.
Just got a flyer from Sam's Club for their "Special VIP Event" on 11/24 7-9pm.
The iPhone 5C is on sale at this event for 96 cents.
Best Buy ad actually says $200 off 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro and $150 off 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro.
I think I might just do this myself. Having Elite Plus has a few small benefits. With the savings I may also swap up to a LTE version. I did not think I would miss it originally.
On a side note, has anyone ever returned a product at Best Buy and used Reward Zone gift cards to purchase? I was curious if those get refunded as well. I would assume they would.
Considering the iPad mini retinas just came out today and the ad was created before that, it might very well apply to them as well and there was just no text to add at the time of ad creation since the new ones weren't out yet. Not it doesn't mean that's the case, but it also doesn't mean that it isn't--not until there's something more official to confirm it one way or another for sure."Any iPad mini" refers to any configuration of the old model. If Target truly meant "any" iPad mini, they would've specified the retina version in the box below BUT THERE IS NOTHING. AND seeing how the iPad mini retina wasn't released NOR had a release date during the time these ads were created and printed, I can guarantee you there will be no sales on the iPad mini retina. In fact, they probably won't even be in stock during Thanksgiving.
You guys are really fishing. Sad....
Best Buy also has the 7th gen iPod nano for $99.
I wasn't planning on getting a new iPad until later in the year but the Black Friday deals might be too good to pass up!

Does the $200 discount off the 15" retina MBP stack with education pricing, or does Best Buy not offer education pricing?
That awesome $100 iPad Air gift card offer from Target is for the Doorbuster special. No rain checks, quantities limited. I read that as "good luck getting one".
Yup, clear as mud, as they say. It's pretty clear that they won't be included. I know you guys think you can get away with shady things at the register with dumb-enough employees but everything is linked to the barcode and the fact of the matter is Target Corporate isn't gonna mess this up. As of now the old iPad mini sells for $299. No gift card. The Black Friday deal is you get a $75 gift card. You really think Target would drop the price of the Mini Retina by $100 AND give you a $75 gift card? Especially when the iPad Air price is only dropped $20? Haha. Ha. Ha.
Fools.
