I have never used a screen protector but have decided to go with this or a glass one.
Does the Impact Shield feel like glass? Can you tell the difference in feel between no screen protector and this one?

A different tmobile store had them but they were hidden behind the generic ones.
If I wasn't leaving for vacation in a week, I would have ordered it through mobilefun.com because it would have been $10 cheaper.

To answer my own question, It does not feel like glass. it doesn't feel too bad but has a very slight resistance to it that isn't as smooth as glass.

Would I buy it again? No. My iPhone 5s will most likely get a Spigen Glas.tr Slim.

I actually love the feel of it. I love how thick it is. I know it's going to protect my screen better than any thin screen guard. I hear the Spigen's are good too, BUT, they are made out of glass, can't they shatter like the iPhone screen ? The Impactshield sure isn't going to shatter.

I think I'll be swapping the Impactshield for a Bodyguardz Pure. A few reasons. First is its glass and I do like the feel of that. Second, from the tests I've seen it is VERY durable. Third, if I need to replace it or take it off for any reason, the replacement cost is $13. That last reason is why I'm going with the Bodyguardz instead of Spigen.

Wow, the video for the Bodyguardz Pure is even more impressive than the video for the Impactshield. Is it a wet install ? Or does it go on easy with no bubbles like a lot of glass shields ?

It's not a wet install. It installs just like the Impactshield.

I got the BG Pure installed and it looks and feels just like the stock iPhone screen. The only issue is that it's kinda thick. The ImpactShield is MUCH thinner.

My Noot bumper fits "okay". The bumper butts up against the edge of the Pure glass.

Installation was very easy. I lined up VERY carefully with the home button then made sure everything was parallel along the side. I was able to reposition slightly by lifting (mine came with a suction cup that really worked out nice). The adhesive didn't seem to grab until I pressed down which made repositioning very easy. When I was satisfied I pressed down and squeezed the bubbles out.

Interesting, the Impactshield is much thinner. Quick question, the Impactshield doesn't go ALL the way to the edge of the iPhone screen, does the BG Pure go all the way to the edges ?

The Pure doesn't go all the way but almost. I'm measuring the ImpactShield at 53.5mm and the Pure is 54.5mm.

I love all these videos like this.....look I can hit my screen with a hammer and it doesn't break. LoL.... the force is still applied to your phone so the "damage" of the impact is still applied to the phone. The impacts might break your internals but the screen will be fine!
