Teen Repellent

A huge majority of the teens who visit these businesses are customers. If only a few are causing disruption, why not take care of them without excluding everyone else?

It's just annoying, not painful, and it's placed on the outside of the store. I think it says in the article that teens now just enter, do their shopping and then leave, instead of hanging out on the outside.

Perhaps, since your negative views on the "lowly teen folk" implies that you are an adult, you might try going out to places teens do not frequent?

I can't see why an adult would enjoy spending time at the same places teens like to hang out.

While i like the odd bit of Opera i don't really want to spend all my free time time there.

My local town has 5 full time security guards just to patrol the town centre.
