You are seeking nothing more than sympathy. What else do you expect this thread to serve? To warn others of a greater threat to their security? Apple screwed up. You let em know. Hopefully they correct it.. What else did you eoxect?

You're just looking for sympathy. Otherwise I don't see any other purpose for your prolonged involvement. If the thread didn't deliver what you expected, why would you continue to answer almost every post and continue to defend the silliness and lack of common sense displayed in this thread?

Look I hate to break anybodies bubble here but, companies screw up sometimes. They employ humans and get busy. there is no problem and it was a combination of errors that lead to these perceived problems by the OP.

Apple is not giving people's info to other customers ... once in a while an isolated incident might happen ... not a big deal.

the OP has blown this way out of proportion and is trying to make this seem like a huge security hole.

Exactly the point that I have been trying to make. The OP claimed that this was a useful thread and he learned something....Let's see... The OP has learned that he should call Apple and wipe data from his devices before he sends them in. Well duh!
