They even covered shipping costs, it sounds like they are terrified of lawsuits. At least I was smart enough to take all but 1 hd out before i sent it. I would have fixed it myself but was too lazy too. All I know is apple has definitly not been on the ball lately, and they better otherwise they will get into HUGE trouble soon. (by huge I mean a lawsuit quadruple the size of the g3 os x one and the ipod battery one combined). Thats the last time I deal with apple directly thats for sure.
