Terrible time upgrading to iOS5 on IP4

Keep getting Unable to Restore error message.
Tried all of the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Frustrated.

Any suggestions?

Same thing is happening to me for my iPad. Will not restore no matter what I do. Not sure what to do.

I got the error message also. Has any one reverted to factory settings and tried updating then?
