I have a iPhone 3G running 3.0 on T-mobile network and I have been doing some research for a long time now and I haven't been able to find anything on how to enable this feature. If anyone could help me I would appreciated. Thank you. 🙂

I'm assuming you are in the US. So, tethering ability was never enabled on US based iPhones. Hacks exist to use iTunes to upload a hacked .ipcc (iPhone Carrier file) in order to allow tethering and MMS.

There are other methods of coarse (SSH Tunnel, SOCKS Proxy) to tether.

Nope.. My phone is Jailbroken nd Unlock... To get the MMS working I just edited some setting in the network area...

Well, since you are using T-Mobile, you will have to find the correct settings for your iPhone.

I found this guide on how to do it. You might want to look over it. I am not sure it'll work since I don't have T-Mobile.

Better than no internet at all.
