I know that everyone was awaiting the MMS, but what about tethering. I know its SUPPOSED to happen, but was it supposed to be today?

I had the hacked carrier file which gave me the MMS and TETHERING settings, but they never worked. now MMS is working with the new carrier file, and there are still tethering options.. So is this supposed to be active?

I still never got them to tether.. Via bluetooth OR USB.

huh.. ok. I guess its really odd that i still have the tethering setting on my phone then right?

I would think that the new updated carrier file that includes the MMS would overwrite my old hacked version that had MMS and TETHERING

Try using the Tethering setting... it will disappear from your settings once you try and connect.

I believe they meant to connect the iPhone to the computer to use the tethering option.

    Correct...
Try tethering it to a laptop... bet it won't be there after that.

Once you hook up your laptop it'll be gone.

oh.. i have never been able to actually get them to tether in the first place. I click the bluetooth icon on my MBP and it will find the device and says that it CAN use it as a network, but when i go into networks, its not there.. so it never did work for me.. its all i ever wanted was tethering on my laptop
