Text on the 4s!!!

Hi,
Can someone please help. The new iOS is great but can someone please tell me if there is a way to 'hide preview' as on the iPhone 4 or old iOS?

If you mean a message, then yes - go to Settings > Notifications > Messages, then Show Preview On or Off.
