Thanks for my scratched iMAC 27....

I just received an HP laptop that was destroyed by UPS. My 2 iMacs are arriving today via UPS. Hopefully I have better luck with these.

My packaging was damaged slightly, a hole in the outer box, and a small hole with some denting to the actual packaging. Since my iMac is in good shape, I'm not that worried about it. Sorry to see yours is so scratched up.

Well my iMac was scratched. Took a couple of calls. They told me to hold on to current iMac and wait for new one to arrive. So will be able to use iMac until new one comes and I will ship damaged one back.

It maybe sometime in January before new on ships out but I can hold on to it more than the 14 days.
