I have been randomly checking. There haven't been any at the Cupertino Target but there does show Availability of the White 64GB Verizon model at the San Jose North Target. Info below:

Yesterday afternoon the Cupertino Target showed that the 16gb Wi-Fi version in black was available. Was out of stock 90 minutes later.
