iPhone 13 THE 10/17 LATE Pre-Order Crew! Share UR Updates from Processing to Delivered Status (Oct 11- Oct 18)

Well no change since Friday for me. Apple says delivery on Friday 10/8, and UPS still says estimated delivery today. Any one else have movement?

FYI - this took on a greater sense of urgency this weekend. I got caught in the rain and my XS Max has just about died on me. I guess I put the water resistance test a little too much to the test. My screen is dead but it does have power, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get a good backup before my new phone arrives.

Playing Golf in the rain?? I'm surprised that it died with an IP68 rating.

Not by choice for sure. We got caught in a pop up storm that we didn't notice until it was right on top of us.

And yes I was very annoyed that rain was able to kill my phone so easily. I guess it got into the phone in just the right spot. It was working ok after we got to cover, but I could tell something was up with the screen. I looked up the rating for the XS and it should have been okay, however Apple gave themselves a nice out by saying performance may diminish over time.

At about 10:20PM EST I kept refreshing until I saw an available phone & was able to quickly purchase it for pickup; it was demanding work! Once I've confirmed it's in my hand, then I'll cancel my 10/18- 10/20 pre-order. The best wishes to you all in acquiring your phones.

Update: My phone is on the move now. It is currently in Korea on its way to a new delivery date of tomorrow. This time I believe UPS.

I got an update as well and mine is in Korea too, and saying scheduled delivery is 10/6.

Weird that some seem to depart from ZhengZhuo directly, and mine is sitting in Shanghai waiting for clearance.

My wife's did the same thing and hers updated last night with hte govt release. Shows hers coming on Thursday but she is in the group after the OCT 11-18 group so we shall see. Mine departed incheon a little bit ago on it's way to Anchorage.

Let me say, for those of you with pre-orders & your CC has not been charged, try hitting the Apple Stores Online as I did. Those lengthy pre-order dates are too unbearable for anyone to endure.

I wish all you guys the absolute best.

Now I'll cancel my OCT 13 - OCT 20 pre-order.

Phone delivered. Geez the cameras are much bigger on the back of this than my XS Max. I'm sure I'll get used to.

Thanks for everyone posting their journey. Per my past experiences, Apple has conservative estimates for delivery times, and I once again have received my new device before the promised delivery window.
