Penalties is my prediction. And we all know how good we are at those.

I remember those penalties.
I remember that ad (and it was actually very funny).
And oddly, I think that Gareth Southgate has learned a lesson from that.
Actually, I read that he has had the English team practising penalties, including that agonising walk that seems to take forever from the centre of the field to the penalty spot.
I'll keep the faith with Southgate until events prove me wrong. (As they probably will, but you have got to cling to the values of optimism in some areas of your life.....)

Again, I am laughing reading this.
I don't think they are playing it safe. I think they are hanging on by their fingernails. Colombia played destructive, dirty football for 92 minutes and wore England out. They got a lucky goal at the death and now they seem far more confident.
That is a decent and fair analysis.
