Belgium are counterattacking very effectively against a Brazil side who have mounted sustained pressure but failed to score. Now Brazil have to to push even harder to score - which leaves them open to further counterattacks.
Brazil are on the ropes, but all they need is one goal to make this anyone's match again.
Still baffled as to why Tite prefers Jesus over Firmino.
Firmino is on, but at the expense of Willian instead of Jesus. Hrrrrrrm.
Well the ref didn't even watch it! If your going to delay the game, at least watch what we all see!
Yep I am tired of the refs thinking their damn decisions were the right ones. You make mistakes, it’s ok, own them and get the call right.
The ref may have been a bit fed up with Neymar's earlier theatrics.
You can only cry wolf so often, and the moral of that story was when the furry creature arrived for real, nobody believed the source as he had lost all credibility by then.

No "clear and obvious error", on the initial call, thus no VAR. Otherwise we have to VAR it every time somone falls down in the box...
But yes, in slo-mo it was a penalty. Neymar's previous antics probably cost him there. That could be a major talking point later.

Agree, Brazil were seeking that penalty repeatedly.
Refs see it, and don’t bend for it.
Brazil have been looking the better team this entire half. Well deserved goal. Belgium going to have to step it up if they want to win.
