How do I uninstall flash?

Use spotlight to search for 'flash'. You should find two files in the 'internet plugins' folder. The ones you want to delete are:

\Library\Internet Plug-Ins\Flash Player.plugin
\Library\Internet Plug-Ins\flashplayer.xpt

You can choose to delete them or just move them to another folder. Restart safari and flash should no longer load.

I got a buddy of mine with a top of the line iBook in near mint shape. A fine machine I might add!

I have a 12" iBook sitting next to my 12" PowerBook. Although it doesn't have quite as much of a premium feel as the PowerBook, it is still a very nice machine. It also has more built-in RAM than the 12" PowerBook (512 MB vs 256 MB), although the 15" and 17" PowerBooks have two slots instead of one.

Idk if this is about me, but the iBook was slightly dirty, but after I cleaned it, was in extremely good conditions. I've reccomended the seller to a few of my friends who wanted an iBook after I brought mine into school.

Actually it is gavinstubbs09's. He has a 1.42 GHz 14.1" model maxed out in near perfect shape with 2 brand new Apple batteries.

I have personally found Leopard webkit about twice as fast as Tenfourfox for loading pages, but more importantly - website interaction. Thing like clicking and scrolling are far more responsive under webkit. The downside is high RAM usage. I recommend maxing the ram in your system if you plan to use modern webkit.
If you like Safari or Leopard Webkit, you might try Stainless, Sunrise and Demeter. Both use Webkit and while not actively developed any more are much faster in their current forms. Demeter, especially, is faster than anything else out there including Leopard Webkit.

I do not use Safari or Leopard Webkit because there is just no way to really customize them (see my attached pic).
Other tips to improve your web browsing speed:
- Uninstall Flash. You don't need it for youtube anymore, and most websites do well without it. It tends to slow things down.
I have it uninstalled on T4FX. I will usually load up Safari or Leopard Webkit if I do need to use Flash.

- Install Glimmerblocker. It blocks ads without integrating with the browser by using a proxy. Depending on the site, it can quadruple loading times! I would recommend against using adblock plugins on these slow G4 systems. Although they remove ads, they tend to slow things down.
Glimmerblocker is a good tool, but the one I use in TenFourFox is Bluhell Firewall. It's light, plug and play and has no memory leaks.

I balance customization with speed when it comes to web browsing. For me, speed is a factor but I value customization much more.

I picked up my 1.33GHz PowerBook 12 inch (on the right) and my 1.5GHz PowerBook 12 inch (on the left) for $49 each. The battery life on my 1.5GHz is near perfect @ 99% capacity and on my 1.33GHz is at 90% capacity. I'm very pleased with both of these laptops :D

Interestly enough, I just remembered that I bought my 12in PowerBook for only $45, which is only one $ off from $46 :D

I picked my 12 inch 1.5GHZ for $45CAD. Added ram and recently came into an aftermarket battery that seems like great quality. Great machine I run 10.4/10.5 on. Had an issue before with the airport card but nothing that couldn't be solved by swapping in an extra one I had!

Thats a nice PowerBook. when the cash rolls in, I'm replacing some body panels, keyboard, battery, and getting a screw set.
