Nope, didn't notice anything, went in and out a few times, tried removing it from standby and reloading it - nothing. I did notice that when in messages and it was loading pictures there was a small pause at times, but the music wasn't impacted at all.

Does this happen on wifi and on cell network? Also is it a new setup or from a backup?
wifi and cell. and it's from a backup. don't really feel like starting over just to see if this still happens.
