Flash Causes Kernal Panics
I had a 24" iMac and it was replaced by Apple with a 27" iMac. Both machines experienced random kernel panics when surfing the web about 5-8x a week. News sites were the biggest culprits but youtube caused it as well. I started to notice the sites visited typically had flash components. I installed click2flash and haven't had a panic in over 2 months.
I assume this is not a huge phenomenon as there would be more discussion about it on the web. I am looking forward to widespread html5 implementation and less flash on the web.
