Another great episode. But the thing I noticed is that Sir Alan is hesitant to get rid of Tre and Simon even when they had made mistakes.
If I was a betting man, maybe I would lay a bet on those two going through?

Although Tre won't win, he'll be there right to the end. I'm sure Alan knows that simply from a TV point of view, he's entertaining viewing even if he is hardly a brilliant business mind.

Ain't that the truth. How can a business man only sell something he likes?
He is far too aggressive and arrogant to succeed in the business world. Confidence is applauded but not arrogance.:D

I was a little surprised Sir Alan didn't mention Tre's comment around not selling things he doesn't like.

I'm not entirely sure how Simon managed to stay in after this weeks episode. Naomi hadn't exactly set the world alight, but I wouldn't say Simon has either and I certainly don't see him winning.

I hope its Katie and Tre in the final.

Now that'll be a final. Katie and Tre look like they'll do well in the interviews. Depends, I liked Paul for the final last year but he did crap in the interviews.

The standing down. Staged, surely?

Certainly didn't see that one coming. I found it slightly strange I must admit. Now watching the 'You're Fired' Show and they're talking to Katie. Be interesting to see what she says.

It'll actually be more interesting to see if she gets to the end of the program alive

They're certainly going to town on her! Didn't realise it would be quite as bad as this! Good that they've got someone on the panel prepared to speak their mind and not sit on the fence.

It's good that Katie decided to stand down but FFS, why not sort out these details beforehand? What was with the whole "I went after another woman's husband just because I wanted him." crap? Yeah, that makes you seem like a real quality character. Bravo.

Could you believe Tre? I've never met such a prick in my entire life. What is the matter with that guy? Good riddance, chump.

I think the two that are left, either one would be a good choice.

Yeah WTF was that crap with Katie this week? From the start she seemed a strong candidate and I thought she had a good chance of making it to the final. Over the weeks though she really has managed to annoy the hell out of me - and most of the nation it seems. What an arrogant bitch.

Tre was the most entertaining one there! OK so he wasn't right for the role but it was a shame to see him go. He was very funny on the "You're Fired" show afterwards.

Some interesting facts about the show here

Simon's a twunt; Kristina FTW!

Wow, Katie seemed almost, afraid to win. It was like she liked playing the game, and never thought she would win. When it looked like she might actually win she bottled it!

That was a little bit conflicting. The logical side of me remembered that Sugar said he's getting old and needs to start considering a business heir, so I was thinking the girl. But the chap took it.

Don't understand. But hey. They both did great.

I'm sure that he's already got experienced people within his organisation who he feels can take over when he takes a step back, allowing him to take a bit of a chance with the raw young thing with potential.

Personally though, if I were in Sir Alan's position and I was genuinely looking for a quality successor to run my multi-national business once I start to wind down, the last place I'd look would be a reality TV show. ;)
