I flicked over to Beeb 2 after last nights episode finished to watch the additional show, and was quite surprised at how Ben came across - almost that he had a degree of humiliation and realised he'd been a complete prick.

Well chuffed for James's team they were stronger overall...great treat as well. Quite surprised Howard got the axe was expecting lorraine or kate to go but the pleo instinct as well as Nick's defense seems to have saved lorraine and kate's previous record saved her.
Howard had yet to really stand out...shadow worker...mostly and that last attack from Nick was probably the clincher

I was surprised too. I guess his wishy-washy...ness didn't work out. C'est la vie.
I don't particularly like Lorraine, and on a superficial level looking at her makes me uneasy for some reason, but she's got instinct; if only she'd speak up about it at an appropriate time. She seems like a shut the door after the hose has bolted type. Maybe she just needs some confidence that a job title would give her.
I had originally liked Kate but now she just annoys me. She took it so damn personally when Lorraine said that Howard did a better job too. She's kind of cute and she's got some form of charisma but not a lot else.

I think Lorraine will get struggle with the interviews and get punted next week. She should have gone this week. Howard was too good of a manager and successfully organised his team to disguise the fact she was terrible at the task. James might surprise and make it to the final...
That was great, I love how bonded the contestants get in the very final tasks. It's really hard to pick out faults when they all did so well last night, normally I have a fairly accurate guess of whos going but last night I seriously thought Lorraine was out of there.

Very well done Yasmina. Her, James and Phil I had down to win, Kate was great too and I think I finally understand what they meant by 'robotic'. Good show all. Ruby Wax's comment about Nick and Margret (I forgot what she said exactly ) had me rofling.
