hi, i guess you have been using the Diamonback case for now, can you please tell me does this case have reception issues, i would like to know more details before making purchase, thanks
Actually I havent used it a whole lot yet, I am still waiting on my other on. Give me a few
days, I should have it by friday.
Have you actually seen one or just the pics, out of curiosity?
It's definitely a "love it or hate it" kind of design...don't think anyone is really going to feel "meh" about it.
I should have mine this week. Ill post some pics too. Im in the " love it " category. We're all entitled to our own opinions and of course not all of us think the same way or root for the same team.

Def. entitled to your opinion, though in my mind I try not to judge things based on photos alone.
That having been said, if the geometric cut look isn't your bag then yes, you'd totally hate this thing in person too
I think it's safe to say that there have been many, many pictures posted of this case. Ergo, judging it based on photos seems fairly appropriate

As a heads up, for those of you who don't like the all metal backing of the aluminum Diamondback, they will soon be releasing the all composite version of the case, which will be the same material front and back (all composite, instead of composite front and aluminum back). I don't know the exact price yet, but it'll be at a much more palatable price point (i.e. cheaper). The finishes will be chrome, brushed metal, clear, white, and black. Yes, the composite back will be available in a "metal" finish. There will be a fine coating of metal on the composite piece. I'm anxious to see these! The look of metal, with the guaranteed RF performance of composite.
I have seen some pictures of the chrome finish composite case and its incredible! Its not as easy to distinguish the 3D like back like on the colored ones they are selling now but still it will be a sharp case. I will have my black diamondback tomorrow for sure and I will get pictures up of both the black and silver case side by side.
How is your signal strength in the areas you're at most often? With these aluminum cases (all aluminum cases, not just Atomic), your location and current signal strength plays a huge part in how the case performs. If you're in a lower signal area, you might benefit more from the all composite Diamondback model that Atomic is shipping soon (I mentioned it above). I'll have a test piece of this composite back in the next day or so, and I can then report on both of them (the all composite back and the alu back). I'm just waiting so that I can do a review on both at the same time, and save having to write two reviews.
Ok, I just got done taking pictures of both my Diamondbacks. I ordered my black case completely stealth! No logo's, no nothing, just straight black and I love it that way! So here are both cases side by side on both of my phones. Very sharp cases and very hard to photograph because of the 3D effect. But like someone said above, its either a love it or hate it case and I love the design. Its very slim, maybe the slimmest case I have ever used. The weight is equally distributed. So here are 10 pics or so of both cases on both my phones.

Scelzifan the black looks nice have you tried it on the white iPhone. In my opinion the silver looks scuffed already and cheaper compared to the black. Any degradation on the signals?
I have tried it on the white but its just not my taste. It looks like an oreo to me. The reason the silver is scratched is because it was a pre-production piece that was not sold. The black one I actually bought and that is the quality of what you would get if you purchased it. The silver was really not supposed to be seen but I wanted people to see the two cases side by side.
Heres mine with extra black frame. Seems like a tint of red on the white frame from a reflection of my bright red shirt. Did not test the reception or speed yet but Google Earth homed me in. The bars remain unaffected but Im in a strong area. Calls for a nice drive to test navigation. I just love all the cuts on this thing. More images later. Still pictures are not capturing the coolness of this case.

hi , did you put it on the phone yet, my friend , his just came today he has few problems, the sleep button is rattle and the phone is moving when you shake a little and there are gap on top of the case and bottom, what about yours
I noticed the same rattle. I took my case off and the rattle is still here from the iPhone button. Never notice before. I thought its the button too.
