Can't happen soon enough.

I'll never forget the day that Ono released her "box set"... i.e. her horrible collection of screechings and cat droppings that she labels "music". The late Rick Beckett, at the time a D.J. at Grand Rapids, MI radio station WKLQ, would interrupt his fellow D.J.'s commentary with a quick cut of her dreck, followed by his chuckling about how terrible it was. They would get pissed everytime he did this because it was so pathetically awful, and I spent the entire three hour show laughing so hard that I was crying. It was that bad.

I guess you had to be there to really experience how funny it was, but the point is, she is absolutely talentless in all areas of music except for one... riding coattails...

(I should look for that crap just out of morbid curiosity. Well, maybe not...)

Oh... another great Ono story is when John and Yoko got up on stage with Frank Zappa, and the Zappa's band was so annoyed by her screeching that they put a bag over her head. John and Frank ended up leaving her on stage with the bag on her head, still screeching. Classic!

Seriously? Having your favourite pop tunes crammed into their impressionable craniums their entire lives makes them impartial judges?

Uh, we mostly listen to country. ??

That is, they mostly ask for country when they choose.
